Fault-E

Fault-E was designed by Russell Hunt to assist a College Student (Peter Beveridge) create a Fault Recording Program that would sit on a Network Drive and be used by staff in a hypotetical organisation to record faults to the companies IT Department using an Administrator/User set-up.

Users Role:-

To record faults for departments or computers to the IT Department

Administrators Role: -

To act upon the Fault and resolve it to the users satisfaction

Key Objectives:-

No use of databases
Files to be in Plain Text Format
Program to be accessible from a Shared Network Drive

This is the Fault-E in zip format, simply unzip the file and run the program. You will see how the program operates.

The default username is: 1994
The default password is: santa

** NOTE If you are using Windows 7 you must right-click on the EXE file and choose Run as Administrator to circumvent the OCX Error.
